We have have been providing the Weekly WHiP Workouts now for over 3 years. WHiP stand for WEIGHTS, HIITT and PLYOs. Utilizing all of these tools while keeping your mind engaged and having fun with these non stop workouts. All while being able to go at your own pace and making this completely your workout at your skill and comfort level. HOME and GYM workouts will be provided each week. The HOME workouts will require minimal equipment, light dumbbells and bands you can easily find at Target or Walmart.
The WHiP is really perfect for all levels of fitness, and we can challenge any level. Modifications will be given.
